Ingredients:Fresh fig fruits(3 no’;s).Ripe bananas-1/2 no.Boiled and cooled cows milk or formula or breast milk optional 1/2 cup or as needed.

Directions:1.steam the fr fresh figs for about 10-15 minutes in steamer.remove the outer skin of figs.puree this using blender.remove the seeds by using a strainer.

2. Mash ripe banana.3.Add milk to bananaand fig puree.

Note:The same recipe can be alter using steamed apple puree instead of banana
